Advocate Jain has appeared in several high-stakes disputes involving corporate groups, political leaders, NRIs, and social influencers, and has worked extensively on complex appellate and trial litigation. Beyond advocacy, he has contributed to public service as a member of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee and has gained international exposure through a lawyer’s exchange program in Zurich, Switzerland. His arbitration expertise includes both representing parties and serving as Sole Arbitrator in real estate and corporate disputes.
