Yash’s practice spans both transactional and contentious aspects of real estate law. He has extensive experience conducting pan-India title due diligence for hotels, residential and commercial developments, malls, and industrial establishments. His work includes examining title chains, revenue records, mutations, and encumbrances, as well as coordinating with revenue and land authorities.

He advises clients on property acquisitions, sales, leases, and development arrangements, including drafting and negotiating sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, and related documents. He also advises on stamp duty, registration, and permissions from authorities such as DDA, L&DO, YEIDA, GNIDA, HUDA, and HSIDC.

On the disputes side, Yash represents clients before RERA authorities, Consumer Forums, revenue offices, NCLT, NCLAT, Civil Courts, and High Courts. His experience includes possession and delayed-delivery claims, allotment disputes, contractual obligations, commercial recovery, civil litigation, domestic arbitration, and regulatory proceedings.

Yash has previously been associated with O.P. Khaitan & Co. and the Chambers of Senior Advocate Mr. Tej Kishan Ganju.
